Quality and condition
All the items that we sell are purchased from the respective manufacturer.

If you are purchasing parts, unless otherwise stated, are in off the sprue condition and unpainted.

We take great care when removing the bits from the sprue however, you may be required to remove some flashing from the item.

Literature / Publications are sold as second hand goods unless otherwise stated.
What does "Random" mean in some of the product descriptions?
Some of our product titles/descriptions include "Random" when referring to the part you will receive. This is because the kit they come from has the same part/model with slight variances.

These variances include (but are not limited to):

Iconography
Arm positions
Leg positions
Head positions
Torso positions
What payments do you accept?
The payment methods we accept are Visa Debit, Credit Cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Amex and Apple Pay.
Who is "lTheGadgetStorel"?
In some of our images you'll see "lTheGadgetStorel".

Whilst setting up our brand, different names were considered and we almost used this name, only to select Atomic Bits part way though taking images.

These images are slowly being replaced . . . . .  please bear with us.

Existing Orders

Has my order been posted?

For the UK we offer Royal Mail Special Delivery, 1st Class Recorded, Standard 1st Class and 2nd Class Delivery. When orders reach certain values, then for insurance purposes, only the appropriate postage type will appear.

Outside of the UK we send items via Royal Mail International Standard or International Tracked dependant on the value of the order.

Do I get a tracking number?

You will receive a tracking number in your automatic dispatch email providing you selected a tracked postage method.

How do I amend or cancel my order?
Any cancellations or amendments to your order need to submitted in writing, either via email or by contacting us quoting the order number in the message.

Please be aware that amendments to your order may not be possible if it has already been dispatched. If an additional payment is required, this will need to be paid before your order is dispatched.

If your amendments result in a refund being required, then this will be refunded through the same payment method you used when placing the original order.

Please note that if items have already been sent out then it is your responsibility to take care of the items while they are in your care and they will need to be returned to us in saleable condition (unopened, etc).

The cost of postage for returning items that have been cancelled and dispatched lies with the customer.
I've received my order and there is a problem, what do I do?

From time to time things will go wrong. Whether an item has been damaged in the postal system or something else, please contact us!

We take images of all items that are posted out as this is something the emperor requires.

Are orders insured?
All items are sent fully insured and proof or postage obtained.

We currently post worldwide.

How is my item posted?

How much does postage cost?

Postage cost depends on weight, products and destination. Our cart automatically calculates and shows you the postage options and the cost of each option. 

Simply add the products you want to the cart and click 'checkout'.
Customers in the UK (you'll need to enter your postcode).
Customers outside the UK (please select you country from the list).

The shopping cart will then show the postage options and price. 

When can I expect my order?

The time taken for your order to arrive will depend on two factors:

 1)
Postage time: This includes the time take to prepare and package your order. Please bear in mind that even though we hold a very large stock, if your order is for a single item there are likely to be numerous other customers who have placed orders just before you and they may have requested large numbers of a single item.

 2)
Delivery time: Exact delivery time will depend on the postage method chosen.

Are orders insured?

All items are posted fully insured and proof or postage obtained.

Non-delivery for UK customers

Please check with your local sorting office before reporting a package lost as they are frequently found waiting there! Royal Mail requires a certain number of days to elapse before an item will be classed as lost:

1st Class - 15 working days after posting
2nd class - 15 working days after posting
Recorded - 15 working days after posting
Special Delivery - 10 working days after posting

If an item has still not been delivered when the number of days have elapsed and it is not at your local sorting office then please contact us!

Please note that delivery to Northern Ireland, parts of Scotland and the various islands may take longer so please allow an additional 3 working days before getting in touch.

Non-delivery for international customers

Please check with your local sorting office before reporting a package lost as they are frequently found waiting there! Royal Mail requires a certain number of days to elapse before an item will be classed as lost:

Europe - 20 working days after posting
Rest Of The World - 25 working days after posting

If an item has still not been delivered when the number of days have elapsed and it is not at your local sorting office then
please contact us!

Amendments, Returns & Refunds

Am I able to change my order?

Any amendments to your order need to submitted in writing, either via email or by contacting us quoting the order number in the message.

Please be aware that amendments to your order may not be possible if it has already been dispatched. If an additional payment is needed to cover any additional items this will need to be made before your order is dispatched.

If your amendments mean a refund is due to you then this will be refunded through the same payment method you used when placing the original order.

Please note that if items have already been sent out then it is your responsibility to take care of the items while they are in your care and they will need to be returned to us in saleable condition (unopened, etc).

Am I able to cancel my order?

The short answer, yes.
The long answer:

Cancellation before posting: If the goods have not been sent out then you are able to cancel your order however please be aware that there can be a delay between posting and notification of posting and also there may be a delay between you requesting a cancellation and the processing of the cancellation, this may mean that your order is posted before the cancellation takes effect and will need to be treated as a "cancellation after posting".

Cancellation after posting: You are able to cancel your order up to seven working days after the day on which you received your goods. You will be required to return the cancelled goods and to pay for the cost of returning the items. Returned items must be unopened and returned in the same condition they were sent out in within ten working days of getting the approval for the return from Atomic Bits. We highly recommend returning the goods using a tracked service.

What if I need a refund?

In the event that a refund needs to be issued, we will aim to process the refund request within 24 hours of Atomic Bits confirming that a refund can be issued.

The exact time it takes for the money to be back in your account will depend on the payment method.

If you paid via Paypal, this is usually instant.
